Carmine J. (C.J.) Pearl, II


CJ has been litigating complex labor and employment matters in and out of California for 15 years. He has handled dozens of class, collective and representative actions, including national coordinating counsel of a high profile class action lawsuit spanning 9 states. CJ also counsels clients in all aspects of employment law, providing strategic advice to employers seeking to navigate complex labor laws.

CJ believes in an organized and thoughtful approach to defending his clients. He takes pride in developing strong relationship with his clients, many whom he considers friends, and learning the fundamentals of their businesses.

Prior to joining Kading Briggs, CJ worked as a labor and employment litigator at Ogletree Deakins.
