With a decade of experience defending employers, Beth’s clients look to her for strategic advice in high stakes employment litigation and often turn to her for their most difficult cases. Beth has represented clients in numerous jury trials in three states and has built a reputation for obtaining excellent results against some of the toughest opposing counsel.
Prior to returning to Kading Briggs, Beth spent three years working in-house at loanDepot, one of the nation’s largest retail mortgage lenders. That experience reinforced for Beth the importance of having long-standing relationships with clients and knowledge of their businesses inside and out so as to understand legal problems in every case from the client’s perspective. With that point of view always in mind, Beth advises clients on the full scope of workplace matters.
Prior to her first stint with Kading Briggs, Beth was a partner at Hodel Briggs Winter LLP, where she worked for more than five years. Beth also was an associate in the employment law departments of Friday, Eldredge, & Clark, LLP, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Newport Beach, California
