Brianna Frazier represents employers at all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as in private mediation and arbitration. Her experience includes single-plaintiff cases involving claims of harassment and discrimination, and class and representative actions involving employee exempt/nonexempt classification, independent contractor status, wage-and-hour claims and actions brought under the California Private Attorney General Act. Brianna also advises and counsels employers on the full spectrum of issues employers face under California and federal law.
