Kevin considers it a privilege to be a trusted advisor and counselor to employers throughout the state of California. He brings an understanding of the constantly expanding web of laws impacting the workplace to his practice, where he focuses on representing employers in litigation matters involving claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, unfair competition, and wage and hour claims including complex class and representative actions. He takes a practical, results-oriented approach to litigation and firmly believes that every legal challenge facing employers is capable of a creative solution tailored to the unique needs and objectives of his clients.
Prior to joining Kading Briggs, Kevin practiced at Sheppard Mullin and Snell & Wilmer.
