Erin Kendrella

Associate

Erin is an experienced litigator in a broad range of employment law matters, including wage and hour class action litigation and PAGA representative enforcement actions. She has defended over 75 matters for employers of all sizes over the past 10 years. She also advises managers and supervisors on practices to avoid workplace disputes and litigation. With every case Erin handles, she takes time to learn the business of her clients, helping to align her clients’ litigation strategy to their business goals, and bring creative solutions to every workplace law problem.

Prior to joining Kading Briggs LLP, Erin represented employees in employment matters, which gives her a unique perspective and insight in litigating workplace disputes. Erin also worked for a large defense firm in Orange County, exclusively handling employment related matters.
During law school, Erin was honored to be a Member of Moot Court and President of Mock Trial. She also participated in Chapman’s Family Violence Clinic and helped obtain restraining orders for victims of domestic abuse.

She is a southern California native and lives with her husband and three boys in Newport Beach.
